Story As Medicine 1:1 Story Coaching
We are taught, in the blindness of a culture caught up in with others think - and we stuff down the loss, awakening, and profound transformation that cracked open the life you once knew and revealed something deeper about who you really are and what calls you.
This Approach
A Ceremonial Writing Process
Michelle’s approach to writing is deeply immersive and intentional.
Rather than treating writing as something that happens casually between other obligations, she encourages clients to approach their story as a sacred creative practice — a process that deserves presence, care, and attention.
Clients learn how to enter the writing process with clarity and intention, creating space to move beyond the analytical mind and into a more intuitive form of storytelling.
This process often includes:
• Structured guidance for shaping a powerful narrative
• Techniques to move out of the thinking mind and into the higher self.
• Rituals that help writers enter a deeper creative state
• Emotional grounding and nervous system awareness during the writing process
• Practical strategies to maintain momentum and avoid overwhelm
For many writers, this approach transforms writing from something intimidating into something deeply meaningful and even joyful. Most clients say they spend much of their time now waiting for the sacred time they spend with their souls while writing.
Who This Work Is For
Michelle works best with people who feel a strong calling to explore their story on a deeper level.
Her clients are often:
• Writers who know they have an important story to tell but feel overwhelmed by where to begin
• Individuals who have lived through illness, trauma, or profound transformation
• Healers, coaches, and creatives who feel called to write about their journey
• People who sense their story carries meaning for others but need guidance to shape it
• Individuals going through spiritual awakening who are seeking language for their experience
Many of Michelle’s clients arrive feeling stuck or uncertain.
What they often discover is that their voice was never broken — it simply needed a guiding hand to unblock it.
Rewiring the Story
Many people carry stories that were shaped by trauma, illness, or experiences that others did not understand.
Over time, these experiences can become internalized as confusion, silence, or self-doubt.
Michelle helps clients move beyond simply recounting events. Through the writing process, clients often begin to reframe and rewire the meaning of what they lived through, allowing the deeper wisdom of their experiences to emerge.
This is why Michelle often refers to storytelling as a metaphysical healing practice through story.
When the narrative shifts, something inside the writer shifts as well.
